Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Contract
By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. A binding contract comes into effect once a confirmation invoice has been issued by the tour operator.

2. Booking & Payment
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be made 2 days prior to the tour start date.

Bookings made within 5 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions and exclusions for each tour will be clearly stated in the itinerary or tour brochure.

Items of a personal nature, travel insurance, and other services not specified are not included.

4. Travel Insurance
All participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, loss or damage to luggage, and cancellation or curtailment.

5. Health & Fitness
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they are fit and healthy to undertake the tour. Any health conditions must be disclosed in advance.

6. Passports & Visas
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents and visas for the duration of the tour.

7. Liability
The tour operator is not responsible for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be caused by third-party service providers or events beyond our control.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Client
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 30 days before departure: 25% of tour cost retained as cancellation fee

29–20 days before departure: 50% of tour cost retained

19-14 days days before departure: 75% of tour cost retained

Less than 14 days before departure / No-show: No refund

Note: Non-refundable services (such as permit fees, flight tickets, hotel bookings, etc.) will be charged in full regardless of cancellation date.

2. Cancellation by Tour Operator
If the tour is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer the booking to another date or tour.

The operator shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred (e.g. flights, insurance).

3. Amendments & Changes
Amendments to bookings (date change, name change, itinerary change) are subject to availability and a service charge.

Any price difference due to changes will be borne by the traveler.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
